GAZA, June 22, 2025 – Five civilians were killed and several others were injured, including two children, after Israeli warplanes targeted a home in the town of Az-Zawayda in the central Gaza Strip.
The bodies of the victims arrived in pieces at Al-Awda Hospital in the Nuseirat refugee camp. Another airstrike targeted the Al-Saftawi area in northern Gaza City.
In a dangerous escalation, Israeli aircraft bombed a food distribution point in the Al-Mawasi area west of Khan Yunis in southern Gaza, where hundreds of civilians had gathered in search of food. The attack resulted in multiple injuries among the crowd.
