NEW DELHI — A major fire broke out inside an electronics factory in India’s southern state of Tamil Nadu on Saturday, with no casualties reported, confirmed a local administration official over phone.
The fire incident took place inside the Tata Electronics Private Limited facility situated in Nagamanglam area of the state’s Krishnagiri district.
According to the official, a small fire first started in the mobile phone accessories painting unit and soon spread to other parts. All employees working at the unit were safely evacuated.
