Israel launches airstrike on residential building in Beirut’s southern suburbs

BEIRUT — Israel launched an airstrike on a residential building in the southern suburbs of Beirut on Tuesday, local TV channel Al-Jadeed reported.

TV footage showed smoke rising from the targeted, densely populated area.
